3. Properties shown 6 days a week 9am – 5.30pm, no appointment necessary where possible. Senior property manager personally handling all rental enquires. 4. Keys will NOT be handed out. all prospective tenants are accompanied by one of our staff members.

5. Weekly meetings to discuss the letting of all new properties to make sure the process are stress free.

6. Vacant properties advertised for rental by signs, plus local papers and on 3 internet sites – realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, www.feldiproperty.com

7. All tenancy applicants are screened thoroughly by experienced staff, and Tenants screened with a qualifying interview before they even see your property.

8. Owners always contacted in relation to final approval of applicants.

9. Funds banked electronically into Landlord’s accounts monthly. Electronic funds transfer saves you time and money. Your rental money is available to you immediately it is deposited into your account. You do not have to wait days for cheque clearance.

10. The availability of the emailing of statements and invoices.

11. Periodic inspection one per year or more as agreed between the parties.

12. Rent control system from initial letter and phone calls to tenant about arrears to eviction in The Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal.

13. Repairs and maintenance arranged after approval by the owner or as agreed.

14. All accounts for Council, water rates, insurances and strata levies paid on landlords request.
